Could this change?

Yes, in Spain a number of new temporary laws on governance have been introduced which, amongst other matters, allow all companies to hold board meetings by videoconference (even if the Articles of Association do not permit this), extend the deadline for filing annual accounts and enable the changing of the AGM venue and date and also revoke resolutions through a statement on the company website 48 hours in advance.
